Nitin Singla, the proprietor of Opus Collections Inc. is a commerce graduate and a Diploma Holder in Interior designing (2 years). He started career from 1999 by joining his family business of mustard oil production.

In 2001 he joined Shiva Furnishing, a renowned name in the city in the field of soft furnishing & interior products, where he changed the customer segment from lower middle - high end customers, by adopting innovative business practices and marketing strategy.

In 2008 he started a venture in partnership with the name of "Image Décor". Within two years Image Decor became a brand name in the field of window covering products. Even today it's a very successful running business though Nitin is no longer associated with "Image Décor".

In 2011 he started his own individual venture with the name of Opus Collections in Industrial Area, Chandigarh. Basic idea behind starting Opus was to give very unique and excellent products within reasonable price range. So to commit the quality at a reasonable price, he joined hands with "Hunter Douglas" by taking their production rights and started manufacturing in Chandigarh. Hunter Douglas is a U.S Based company and is a worldwide leader in window covering products.

After having two years manufacturing experience with Hunter Douglas, Nitin has now started manufacturing his own products under the brand name of 'Wintree'.

Within two year of its launching Wintree has become an accepted name in India. Now he wants to spread the brand name 'Wintree' throughout the world by 2025.

Yogesh Kumar is working as General Manager- Production. He is an electronics and communication engineer having diverse abilities. He is having a good knowledge and experience of latest window blinds and automation technologies.

He involved in various Innovation, R&D process of several blinds to bring lucrative products to this industry. Having experience of more than half decade in this field, he involved himself in technically production of various types of Blinds and integration with BMS.

He has experience and knowledge of product quality improvement, production time reduction, and improvement of overall efficiencies. He posses skills of decision making, problem solving, process improvements, team building and leadership. He has knowledge of inventory management/logistics/supply chain management. He has rich knowledge of procurement. He plans and executes procurement strategy and over see supplier performance and competence complying with organizational aims and needs.

Narinder Singh Wahla is working as General Manager – Technical Process. He is a mechanical engineer having rich knowledge & experience of working with various manufacturing technologies, systems, quality tools and techniques in the field of Steel re-rolling ,machine tools , foundry industries, lighting/electrical lamps and its component ,Wire drawing, electroplating and other machines manufacturing.

He has strong knowledge & skills of process improvements, problem solving, decision making and human resource development & motivation. He had achieved best in class bench mark performance / results in key area of responsibilities in his past experience. (Overall Efficiencies / Productivity improvement / Cost of Non Quality / Cycle time reduction / Maintenance Economics & Economical Maintenance managements)in his experience.

He is having good knowledge & experience of latest manufacturing quality tools, techniques, systems & way of workings (e.g. DOE / MEDIC / PPA / FMEA / Why Why Analysis & Pareto Charts / Process Survey Tools / Fault Trees /SOP / Work Instructions / OCAP / Kaizen / 5S /VMI / TPM & Maintenance Preventive plan& systems). He has rich knowledge / experience & achievements of different quality certifications – e .g

ISO 9000 , EMS 14000 , OHSAS 18000. He is a trained internal auditor for ISO, EMS, safety & CCA. He has rich knowledge & experience of team building & technical trainings (Remained TPM Champion for training & Implementation).

He has sound knowledge & experience of design, Vendor Development, Machine Building, Engineering projects and improvements. He has rich experience to handle & maintain the industrial relations and employees motivations. (Remained member of diff. Committees for long time).
